The release lever is on the drivers side of the car (for Right hand drive cars) down by your feet. If pulling the lever is not working, pull the lever, and get a second person to gently thump the bonnet in the middle at the front. This MIGHT shake the lock free if it’s a bit stiff. Remember to lube the lock if this works.
