Weslo treadmills are consumer-grade exercise machines for residential use. The treadmills allow you to walk or run every day in the comfort of your home, which is convenient when you don’t have the time to go to the gym or when the weather is bad. Several different models of Weslo treadmills are available, all of which have different feature sets. Basic operation of all the treadmills, which includes turning on the treadmill and adjusting the speed, is common among all models. Plug the power cord into a working electrical outlet and climb onto the treadmill. Clip the safety key cord onto your waistband and slide the safety key into the key slot. The display will light up when you insert the key. The safety key is an emergency shut-off device that, when pulled, immediately shuts down the treadmill. Press the “Digital Speed” up arrow button to start the treadmill. The treadmill will start at 1.0 mph. Increase or decrease the speed by pressing the “Digital Speed” up or down arrow buttons.
