A zebra stripe glaze is easy to accomplish with a little masking tape and a paint brush. Take your roll of masking tape and tear off a strip. This strip doesn’t need to be any particular length. Begin tearing the masking tape into smaller lines that end in a point. Try to make the strips of varying shapes and sizes, but remember to make them lines. If any of the pieces you tear off look square, just discard them. Place the bits of tape onto your pottery piece either vertically or horizontally. If you want vertical stripes, be sure to place some starting at the top and some that start on the bottom. This will give a wavy effect.
