How Do You Peel Fresh Hard-Boiled Eggs?

0

“Hello, my name is Pete Dryden, and I am going to show you how to peel fresh hard-boiled eggs. You will need your hard-boiled egg, a bowl, and cold water. Your first step is to dip the egg in your bowl of cold water. Spin the egg so the entire surface gets wet. Now, remove the cold egg from the water and dry it with a towel. Hold the egg vertically and tap the bottom of the egg against the hard surface. Tap it until the shell begins to crack. Start peeling from the top and continue until the peel is completely removed. Once you’ve reached the bottom of the egg, peel off all the shells and rinse in water.
