• Fill a small cup with hot water. Add herbs to the water like lavender for back pain or Calendula for the Chicken Pox. • Plan part of your ritual. It’s always good to have some actions and chants ready. • Get a wand. The branch will feel right, smooth it and charm it. • Set up a circle or alter. If you want, put a candle in the cardinal directions around the cirle representing the 4 elaments. • Do the spell. Words you didn’t plan will enter. Let it happen. It will strengthen the spell. • Put a few of the small herbs and stones in a pouch and tie it to a silver necklace. This will help you do spells outside of your alter and help the spells work. Never take the herbs and stones out.
