Everyone in high school looks forward to the prom. Why not? This is the first formal (and legal, for conservative families) event that you are allowed to bring a date. This is like the very first rehearsal before the wedding; everything must be perfect and smooth. And of course, one of the most important details in the prom is the gown. Usually it becomes the point of conversation in the prom itself. Indeed, everything should be wonderful. Here are some tips to pick the ideal prom dress: • Check out at least three fashion magazines featuring long gowns or prom dresses. At least, you would know what to buy and what will flatter your figure. • Know the theme of your prom. Be it 70s, fairy tale, futuristic, masquerade or heavenly; it pays to belong in the event. • Choose a color (or two) that suits you. • Note which part of your body is your asset, and flaunt it! If you have nice legs, wear a dress with a long slit. If you have a bountiful chest and a pretty cleavage, go for a v-neckline
