CV: Since January, we have slightly changed the way we structure the sales organization in the United States. We revamped the sales and marketing organizations so that we have one sales and marketing organization per region and the sales people sell complete solutions from different business units of Alcatel. We build solutions for each of the verticals placing priority on certain verticals such as health care, education – state and local, and utilities. We build solution sets that include the OmniPCX and the unified communications (UC) solution, as well as other products from Alcatel and its partners, so that we can offer a shrink-wrap solution for a given vertical market. We make sure we have a customer facing organization focusing on key industries and having the capability to provide a complete solution for an enterprise customer.
