Many people think that a quiche is difficult to make so they only eat them in restaurants. Really this ham and swiss cheese quiche is quite easy. You can prepare several at once and store them in the freezer until you are ready to serve them. It’s a quick way to have supper made ahead- even a supper that’s good enough to serve to guests with a bottle of wine and a fresh salad followed by cut fruit for dessert.
