“Now that we’ve created our rub for our beef tenderloin I’d like to introduce you to it. This is beef tenderloin. It comes packaged in lots of different ways if you go to your butcher. You are also able to get it without the packaging but this is a nice and easy way to transport it and store it in your refrigerator. I’m just using a regular pair of kitchen shears and I’m going to release the beef and give it a little rinse. When you purchase meats, fish, chicken, whatever I always recommend giving it a rinse with some nice clean clear water, running water, to get rid of any build up and extra blood that is adhering to the fats and the proteins. Once you give it a good rinse I like to drip dry it for a moment and pat it dry with a paper towel. Now you see I have a lot of my gear already in front of me nearby.
