Step 1 2 cups Couscous Step 2 1 cup boiling water Step 3 5-6 spring onions with the green leaves Step 4 1 red onion Step 5 Salt Step 6 3/4 cup lemon juice Step 7 1/2 cup olive oil Step 8 50 gr klementa olive without seeds Step 9 100 gr feta cheese Step 10 1/3 cup chopped mint leaves Step 11 1 handful fresh chopped basil Step 12 1 handful chopped fresh parsley Step 13 1 yellow paper Step 14 1 red paper Step 15 1 cucumber Step 16 1 tomato Step 17 1 small chilli Step 18 Put couscous in heat proof bowl and pour boiling water over it, stir it gently with a fork then cover and let it stand 15 minutes.
