How Do You Prepare Fabulous Low-Sodium Chicken Spinach Egg Drop Soup?

How to prepare low sodium chicken egg drop soup. Preparing low sodium spinach egg drop soup is quick and it tastes great. Food doesn’t have to be salted in order to taste good. Of course, you can always add salt to taste after the soup is prepared. You will need 3 cans of low sodium chicken broth, ½ cup chopped spinach, ¼ cup of pasta bits, 2 medium eggs well beaten, 1-tablespoon garlic powder, 1-teaspoon black pepper. In large saucepan add chicken broth, pasta bits, garlic powder and pepper. When broth begins to bubble turn down to simmer, add spinach and eggs. Make sure you stir egg mixture thoroughly through soup. Allow soup to simmer for about 10-12 minutes before serving. You can also add some tiny meatballs for additional flavor and taste. Again, if you do like salt, you can add salt to your individual serving. I have learned to appreciate foods that are not salted. There are so many other ways in which to flavor food without using sodium.
