How Do You Prepare Frozen Green Beans Asian Style?

0

The taste of string beans at my local Chinese buffet is absolutely delicious. I do not know their recipe, but I went home one night and played around with my own concoction. I came up with the following recipe that I call Asian inspired string beans. Try it, it is really good and can be prepared in less than 20 minutes. The first thing you will want to do is heat up your peanut oil in a wok. If you do not have a wok a good saute pan will substitute nicely. Chop up a fresh garlic clove and throw it into the peanut oil. Sauté the chopped garlic in the peanut oil until the garlic turns translucent. Be very careful not to burn the garlic. Remove the translucent garlic pieces from the pan. Set them aside so that you can add them back into the wok toward the end of the cooking process. Throw the frozen green beans into your wok with the garlic infused peanut oil. Rapidly stir fry the frozen green beans on high heat. When the frozen green beans are nearly finished you will throw in your slice
