This tasty pineapple and orange sauce is great with ham or poultry. Step 1 Crush the pineapple into a pulp and grate the rind of the orange. Step 2 Slowly mix together the sugar, arrowroot, water, orange juice, orange rind and pineapple in that order. Step 3 Pour all this into a saucepan and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
