Do not spit until after 24 hours of extraction. • Avoid touching the wound. Do not try touch the wound with your fingers or tongue. • Avoid using a straw. Avoid creating suction. • Use a warm saline rinse. Do warm saline rinses after 3rd day of extraction. Avoid strenuous exercise.
