How Do You Prevent Red Wine Stains?
You knew you shouldn’t have ordered that glass of wine while wearing a brand new white sweater, but you couldn’t help yourself. As soon as the wine is spilled, soak up the liquid with a rag. Pour club soda on it and mop it up with a rag. Pour salt on it. After soaking as much of the red wine up with the rags, pour a liberal amount of salt on the stain. The salt will absorb the red wine. Pick up/vacuum the salt and reapply as necessary.
