How Do You Program A Keyless Remote For A 2002 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan?
I just bought a new to me 2002 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Unfortunately it only came with one key and one keyless entry remote. I needed a second set of keys and remote for other members of my family. I bought a new keyless remote online and here are the steps I used to program it. Take both keyless remotes and sit in the driver’s seat of the Chrysler Town & Country minivan. On the new remote press the lock button five times in intervals of two seconds. Insert the key to the ignition and turn the key to the last position before the cranking point (this is the Run position). Wait for the ignition chimes to cease. Then press and hold the Unlock button on the existing working keyless entry remote from four to ten seconds. While you are holding the Unlock button, press the Panic button on the same remote for one second and then release both buttons.
