How Do You Put In Contact Lenses Without Using A Mirror?

0

Placing contact lenses in your eyes gets easier after awhile. But it can be difficult for some without the help of a mirror. Learn how to place and remove contacts without poking your eyes out. Sit at a table and have a cloth towel placed on it. The towel is used to make sure the contact lands on it safely in case one or both contacts does not go in your eye and slips from your finger. Place contact on the tip of your middle finger with the hand you use the most. Use your other hand to open your eye with your thumb and forefinger. Make sure both your lower and upper eyelids are widely open so the contacts can easily set inside. Slightly tip your head down then slowly move your lenses to the pupil. Lightly touch the pupil so the lenses are directly in. Now blink a few times so it is place in the pupil. To remove the contacts, lightly pinch or squeeze the contacts using both the thumb and forefinger.
