How Do You Quit Smoking, European Method?
Of all the people who have tried to quit smoking I have never heard of it being easy. Only desire will make one achieve the end result. However the basis behind this method is simple. Step 1 Day 1 of your attempt to quit. Write down the time of your first cigarette and smoke as you would normally do for the rest of the day. Step 2 Day 2. Start smoking 15 minutes later than the previous day and smoke as you would normally do for the rest of the day. (For example lets say day 1 you started at 9am in the morning, day 2’s start time will be 9:15am.) Step 3 Repeat step 2 and add 15 minutes to your previous days time. Step 4 Keep repeating step 2 until you have reached a point where you feel it is so late in the day that you don’t have to light up. Step 5 Congratulations you did it.
