The Panasonic RX-D29 is portable boombox as well as an excellent home stereo. Not only can you listen to CDs, radio channels and audio cassettes, you can record an audio CD to audio cassette. Read on to learn how to record a CD to cassette with the Panasonic RX-D29 Boombox. Press the “Tape/Off” button on the boombox or on your remote control. This will turn the system on. Press the “Stop/Eject” button, located on top of the system, on the lower row of buttons. Place the audio cassette in the compartment with the side to be recorded facing out and the exposed tape facing up. Manually close the cassette compartment door. Press the “CD Open/Close” button, located on top of CD door on top of the system. Place the CD in the compartment with the play side down and graphic side up. Press the “CD Open/Close” button again to close the CD door. Press the “Rec” button, located on the far right of the second row of buttons on top of the system. The CD will automatically start playing.
