How Do You Record Analog Video To A Computer?

Recording analog video to your computer saves a digital copy of the analog video that won’t corrode and degrade in quality like video tapes, and can be reproduced as many times as you want. Find out how you can back up your analog videos to your computer’s hard drive. Connect a composite video cable between your analog video source and your computer. Connect one end of the composite cable to the yellow “Video Out” port on the back of the analog video source and connect the other end of the cable to the composite video port on your computer’s capture card.
