Good afternoon, I can share information with you, not on video recording, but on streaming. I use OBS for streaming, but you can also record in this program, so it will be useful for you. On the Internet, I found a couple of videos on how to set up the OBS perfectly and took advantage of the information received. In general, I am a booster in WoW, here is the site where I do it https://boosthive.eu/tbc/dungeons . I regularly conduct boost streams and at the same time show the audience all sorts of tricks and strategies for passing.

Well, I record videos in 4k. First, you need to set up your monitor and download some drivers to run apps and videos in 4K format. I am not a professional in this field, and I can’t help you with a proper answer. That is why I suggest you visit https://10roar.com. I am sure there you will find someone to help you with this question. Please, write a post if you managed to set everything up because my cousin also has a similar problem and maybe I will be able to help him.

There are no emulators for Sega Master System, Genesis/32X, GameGear or CD that support AVI recording (as far as I know) and Project64 may support AVI recording (I think it does but I can’t get it to work) so I use a program called FRAPS. I also use FRAPS for recording PC games as well. Keep in mind with FRAPS you need a decently fast computer or else your videos will be choppy. You may also need to register FRAPS to enable some of the better features and that will cost you some money. For games that can’t be recorded with FRAPS, such as Flash games and the like, I use Camtasia. Registering Camtasia will also cost money as well so research both programs beforehand to see if they’re right for you. After all, it doesn’t make much sense to buy a program that you can’t use so it’s good to use up their trial periods before deciding.
