How Do You Relace A Nike Showtime Baseball Glove?
Sports apparel and equipment manufacturing giant Nike has their gear worn by players in nearly every sport, including America’s favorite pastime, baseball. Amateur players can purchase Nike Baseball gear at leading sporting goods retailers, but if they buy a glove second-hand they may want to re-lace the glove for continued use. With a little DIY attitude, doing so doesn’t have to be an overly difficult task and may save you some money from not having to take the glove to a repair shop. Clean the glove if need be with simple detergents; otherwise, dab a clean cloth with the leather softener and wipe the entirety of the glove’s surface to moisturize and loosen the leather into a pliable, workable condition. If no leather softener is available, use mineral oil. Note how the Showtime glove is laced; jot down the lacing pattern on a piece of scratch paper to use as a guide if need be. Cut the lacing near the top portion of the glove near the trap, or the section where you catch the ball. P
