The door panels on a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria house the window and lock switches, as well as the inner door handle. The door panel covers the access holes that lead to the door’s interior. These holes are necessary for accessing the window motor, door lock actuator, window regulator, exterior door handle and door latch assembly.
