How Do You Remove A Drivers Side Door Panel On A 1990 Acura Legend Coupe?
If removing a door panel looks like a job that’s beyond your capabilities, think again. If you have some basic tools and a little time, it’s not really that difficult a job to do. When you’ve removed the door panel on your Acura Legend, you’ll be able to tackle a whole range of other jobs, like replacing speakers, putting a window back on its track or replacing an electric window motor. Insert your panel tool behind the plastic triangular sail panel at the upper front edge of the door. Pry the panel off. Remove two Phillips screws from the front edge of the door panel. Remove two Phillips screws from the back of the door panel. Pry off the plastic screw covers from the armrest cup and the back of the door release assembly. Remove the Phillips screws that are exposed. Pry around the bottom edge of the door panel with a panel tool. Lift the panel up and off the door. Unplug any wiring harnesses connected to the back of the panel.
