Have you ever wanted to remove a label or sticker from a book or other items, but were afraid you would rip the dust jacket or paper underneath? Well have no fear, you can remove it easily with a hair dryer, your fingers, better yet a tweezers, and a little patience. Locate a hair dryer, a tweezer and a bottle of Goo Gone. You may not need the Goo Gone. I use an old hair dryer my wife discarded because it wouldn’t get hot enough, but it works fine for removing labels and stickers. Begin by heating the label and gently prying at the edge of the label with the tweezer. When the edge raises enough to grab it with the tweezer, start gently and slowly pulling it off. It seems that if you pull at an angle the labels come off better. Slowly keep pulling the label off as you heat it up with the hair dryer. Patience is the key so as not to damage the paper underneath. Soon you will have the label removed from your book. That’s all there is to it, unless there is some glue residue left on your b
