I don’t know of any SINGLE command to show all the data. You could record a simple macro and assign the macro to your keyboard – the macro would record these steps: Data Filter Show All Assuming you’re currently positioned in the data that is filtered, running the macro would show all the records again. To record your macro, before you start, position into your data and filter it (AutoFilter or Advanced, doesn’t matter). Keep your cursor in a cell within the filtered data. Select Tools, Macro, Record New Macro Give your macro a name (for instance, RemoveFilter – no spaces!!) Click into the box to the right of the “Ctrl+” and type the character you want to use with the Ctrl key to execute (run) the macro – let’s say you use an uppercase J. Store the macro in your personal macro workbook so it’s available all the time Give it a description if you want. Click OK.
