How Do You Remove Paint From A Sidewalk?

0

You may have been painting the exterior of your house or garage, or you may have been spray painting a bike or sign, when suddenly you noticed the paint was on the sidewalk. Paint stains on sidewalk may seem stubborn, but they can be removed fairly easily with the right tools and a little time and effort. Put on latex gloves and protective goggles. Cover the painted area in a solvent such as paint thinner. Allow the paint thinner to soak in for three minutes. Use a stiff-bristled nylon brush to scrub the area for about a minute. Allow the solvent to soak for one more minute. Pressure-wash the area using water or a water-and-bleach solution (one cup bleach to a gallon of water).
