Remove the wax stain from your table cloth as soon as possible and get back to your game. Hold a piece of ice over the wax stain. Wear gloves if the coldness of the ice hurts your hand. The ice will harden the stain, making it more solid and easier to remove. Scrape the wax off of the cloth with the flat side of a butter knife. Do not use the serrated edge, as you risk damaging the cloth. Repeat freezing and scraping as necessary until the wax is completely gone. Blot up any excess water from the ice with a towel or paper towels. Allow the cloth to dry completely before resuming play. Lay a clean, white cloth over the wax stain.
