Pour 2 cap fulls of mineral spirits onto a small section of the hardwood flood, no more than 2 square feet. Wipe the mineral oil over the small section of hardwood floor with a clean cloth. Use a circular motion when wiping to spread the mineral oil evenly. Wipe up the paste wax and mineral oil with a clean cloth. Repeat this process until all of the paste wax has been removed from the hardwood floors.
