im a dude all i do is run when i sweat from the face or head get a towel and clean the sweat out and thats it keep my pimples the color of my skin and of course really small its all fat the pimples their all fat just run it of till you have sweat in your head or face and clean it of and if you want after that just put a soap thing that takes care of it will wokr like 200% faster when you do it like that
