How Do You Remove Red Wine Stains From Fabrics, Linens, Carpeting, Etc?

Have a little too much fun at that last party? Or were you a little clumsy at dinner? We’ve all had ‘one of those days’…you’re not alone. Red wine stains are the WORST stains to have as a result of a reckless or accident-laden evening. I’ll bet many of you have tossed away that favorite shirt or blouse because of this stubborn stain. Or, perhaps that chair in the livingroom is now in a new, innovative spot?? Well, frett no more as I have the solution to your needs! Remove garment from yourself or your sweetheart/friend. Place stopper in sink. Fill sink with white wine (1 bottle should be enough to immerse garment). Immerse garment in wine overnight – by morning the stain should be completely gone. Launder garment as directed on label. For carpet stains, pour white wine directly on stain … don’t be stingy, there’s more where that came from! Take rag and gently blot at stain. Repeat until stain has disappeared. Shampoo carpet as needed.
