How Do You Remove Rust Stains From Concrete Floors?
Concrete flooring is known for attracting stubborn stains, especially if the area is damp and you have appliances or metal patio furniture resting on the surface. There are a variety of different ways you can remove rust stains from your concrete floors, and because these types of stains are often difficult to completely remove, you may need to combine more than one method. Boil 1/2 gallon of water and add a packet of unsweetened lemonade-flavored Kool-Aid drink mix to the water. Pour the hot water and Kool-Aid mixture over fresh rust stains and allow it to cool for one to two minutes. Scrub the hot water and Kool-Aid into the rust stain with a wire scrub brush.
