How Do You Remove Scuff Marks From Floors?
Floors that are scuffed by constant traffic can look dull and damaged over time. Scuff marks leave floors looking old and weary. But there are a few easy ways to remove scuff marks from any floor and make it look like new. Using simple household items, your floors can shine and appear new again. Toothpaste and rotating toothbrush: To remove scuff marks from floors, try squeezing a small amount of white toothpaste (try Colgate Regular Flavor Toothpaste) onto a rotating toothbrush such as an Oral-B toothbrush. Scrub scuff marks in a circular, but soft motion. The scuff marks should come up easily. Wipe clean with a damp wash cloth and watch your floor shine. Nail polish remover: Try using Cutex Nail Polish Remover and a cotton ball to gently rub scuff marks of a tile floor (never use on wood as nail polish remover will stain the floor). Saturate the cotton ball in the nail polish remover, rub the scuff mark slightly hard, and wipe up with warm, soapy water. Your floor will look amazing.
