How Do You Remove Spray Paint From Fabric?
If you accidentally get spray paint on your clothes or other fabric, your chances of being able to remove it are much greater if you deal with the paint before it dries. If the paint has already dried, you or may or may not be able to remove it. Soak the fabric in cold water for a few minutes to keep the paint wet and rinse out any paint that is loose. Treat the area with a stain-remover solution, and work the solution into the fabric. Then allow it to soak for a couple of hours. Wash the fabric in cold water using stain-fighting laundry detergent. Check to see if the paint has been removed before putting the fabric into the dryer. If the stain is no longer visible, then go ahead and dry the fabric.
