There are a few techniques you can try using simple, household items to remove Super Glue from material, but you may be stuck with a small stain. Test a small, hidden spot on the fabric or material that you spilled the Super Glue on to make sure acetone nail polish won’t damage or stain the fabric. If it does, you may want to try soaking the material in hot, soapy water instead. Soak a cotton ball with acetone nail polish remover and rub at the Super Glue stain with the cotton ball. Acetone helps break up and dissolve the glue, so watch for signs that the glue has started to soften. Use the round tip of a butter knife to scrape at the Super Glue as it is softening.
