Place the flat tip of your screwdriver under the edge of the cap and pry up. Remove the retaining screw in the center of your handle or handles. Pull out on your handle to remove it from the stem valve. Grasp the escutcheon ring and turn it counter clockwise to remove it. Repeat this step on your other handle if you have one.
