How Do You Remove Trojan.Fakeavalert?
The Trojan.Fakeavalert program installs onto your computer’s hard drive when you download an infected file that appears to be legitimate. When your computer is infected with the Trojan you will see frequent pop-up advertisements warning you of fake virus infections and offering you fake anti-virus programs to buy. You can remove the Trojan.Fakeavalert program from your computer by using a real anti-virus tool after you have deleted all of the Trojan’s files. Step 1 Download an anti-virus utility such as AVG Free (see Resources section) if you do not already have one on your computer. Click on the download link.
