How Do You Remove Water Spots On Glass?

0

Water spots are a common problem on nearly any glass surface, from drinking glasses to automobile windshields. These spots look like a typical water drop that splashes on the glass from the sink or a light rain shower, but when the water dries, a cloudy film is left behind on the glass. When removing these spots, the goal is to use a cleaning solution that removes the water spots without leaving any film behind. Dip a cleaning cloth in white vinegar. Squeeze out excess vinegar with your fingertips. Rub the vinegar-soaked cloth over the water spots. Saturate the cloth with more vinegar as needed, and continue until all water spots disappear. Rinse the cloth with warm water, squeeze out the cloth again, and wipe over the glass to remove the vinegar residue. Wipe the area with a clean, dry cloth so no new water spots develop.
