How Do You Remove Water Stains From Tables?

0

When condensation lands on a table, it can leave a water ring. Water rings can appear as white, running circles that stand out on a table. Mayonnaise may seem like an unlikely cleaning method, but it can help remove water stains from a table. Place a paper towel over the water stain if it’s still wet. Press down on the paper towel to soak up all of the moisture. Dip a soft cloth into full-fat mayonnaise. Apply a generous amount to the stain, and rub it in with the cloth. Let the mayonnaise sit overnight on the stain. Wipe off the mayonnaise with a paper towel. Mix together equal parts white, non-gel toothpaste and baking soda. Apply the paste to the area, and rub it in with a clean soft cloth. This will restore shine to the area where the mayonnaise was. Wipe off the paste with a paper towel.
