Remove the front wheels using the ½-inch air gun and the appropriate socket. Step 2 Remove the top and bottom nut from the sway bar link. Push the top of the sway link out of the sway bar, which releases the pressure on the bottom, facilitating removal. Step 3 Screw the grease fitting in both ends of the new sway bar link and grease the ends. Insert the top tie rod end first, then loosely install the top nut to install the sway bar link.
