Good news: With a few simple tools, you can fix a bullnose tile using a tile repair kit–or you can simply replace it. Take a utility knife or small hand-held electric grinder with a v-shaped abrasive disk and create a v-shaped groove over the crack or chip. Use the sandpaper included in the kit to rough up the surface of the groove. Using a cotton ball, wipe away any dust and clean the area with acetone or finger nail polish remover.
