The Subaru WRX model was produced in Japan from 1992 to 2009 and is a model in the Impreza line. The WRX is known for durability, speed and handling in the sports-car world. Speed is derived from a turbo four-cylinder engine with superb handling attributed to the four-wheel drive train. Fog lights are an available option on the WRX model. The fog light bulbs will fail on occasion and require a replacement bulb to be installed. Variations occur between model years and an appropriate manual should be consulted for specific information. Apply the painters tape around the fog light opening that requires bulb replacement. Pry the fog light cover loose using the small flat screwdriver. Apply the pressure when prying to the area that is notched out on the fog light cover. Remove the two bolts using the 10-millimeter socket and ratchet.
