How Do You Replace An Audi Power Window Motor?
Replacing a broken power window at home will save you the expensive costs of taking your Audi into the shop. Just because your car is foreign-made or expensive doesn’t mean the repair has to be difficult and pricey. A replacement motor can be found online for relatively cheap, and the entire repair can be completed with a single screwdriver. Loosen and remove the two screws holding the inner door in place on the inside top left and right of the door. Remove the window control latch by inserting a screwdriver into the hole beneath the latch on the underside of the door handle. Press up on the latch and it will pop out. Lift the latch out of the handle and disconnect it from the wiring running into the door. Lift the inner door up and pull away to remove the cover from the door frame. Disconnect the connections going to the latch, the speaker and the car alarm system. You do not need to disconnect the wire going to the door lock.
