Replacing the metal siding panels on the exterior of a mobile home is accomplishable but the trick is to find the metal panels that match the previous metal siding. You can order the panels or even have a metal shop fabricate the metal siding panels for you. Home improvement centers are capable of ordering your matching metal panels as well. The new panels will not have the weathered look like the old panel but the pattern on the metal is the same. Remove all of the sheet metal screws on the metal siding panels that you are replacing, using a power drill and a ΒΌ-inch nut driver. Loosen the metal panels, on each side, of the siding panel. This will provide you adequate room to remove the panels that you are replacing. There will be approximately 15 screws for each metal siding panel. Save the screws for the installation of the new metal panels. Push the old siding panel to the left side. Repeat this for all panels that you are replacing. This will unlock the two panels from each other,
