I believe there are 4 pads for each caliper on this type of brake system. All you need to do is remove the spring bracket on the top of the caliper that holds the pads in place. Then open the calipers up with a suitable prying instrument and remove the pads. Then reverse the procedure for installing the new pads. There is a possibility that you will need to loosen the caliper from the caliper carrier though. If this is the case then there is a 7mm allen head bolt holding it to the carrier. You can find these behind a plastic cover over a rubber tube used to prevent the slides from being open to the elements. Remove these screws and pry out using a suitable instrument. Replace the pads as normal. There is nothing special about doing this job if you have any brake experience. If you don’t, then I would recommend having a qualified person working on this as brake work is not to be taken lightly. There could be a mistake that could cost you your life.
