How do you replace the oxygen sensor in a Mazda Miata?

The second O2 sensor is located under the car and the wire runs through the floor board and the connector is found under the carpet under the drivers seat. The drivers seat will have to be removed and the carpet pulled back to disconnect the O2 sensor wire. The car must then be jacked up the catalytic converter unbolted and pulled down to gain access to the O2 sensor.
