Disconnect hoses at pump. When hoses are disconnected, secure ends in raised position to prevent drainage of oil. Cap or tape the ends of the hoses to prevent entrance of dirt. Install two caps at pump fittings to prevent drainage of oil from pump. Loosen bracket-to-pump mounting nuts. Remove the pump drive belt. Remove pump from attaching parts and remove pump from vehicle.
