How Do You Replace The Screen Of A Kodak Easyshare C743 Digital Camera?
The Kodak Easyshare C743 is a 7.1-megapixel digital camera which offers an extra large LCD screen. Measuring 2.4 inches, this screen offers excellent viewing of captured images. However, its large surface area is pone to being knocked and potentially cracked. Kodak will fit new screens for users, but it is quicker to purchase and install a replacement yourself. New screens cost around $30 from all reputable camera stores. Remove the batteries from the Kodak Easyshare C714. Remove the screws on the outside of the camera body. There will be two on the right hand side, two on the left and three on the bottom. Open the battery door (if it’s not already) and pull the two parts of the case apart. Pull the LCD screen out of the case from the top. It will swing down like a door as it’s hinged at the bottom.
