How Do You Restore MS Excel Toolbar?
Microsoft Excel 2008 users interact with the spreadsheet program using toolbars that appear above the document and in other locations on the screen. These toolbars can be active, meaning they are visible, or they can be inactive, meaning they are not viewable. When toolbars are set to be inactive, either intentionally or unintentionally, restoring them makes them active and visible. Access the toolbar setting in Microsoft Excel 2008 by going to the “View” menu and selecting “Customize Toolbars and Menus.” Restore the toolbars by clicking the boxes next to the toolbar names. The most commonly used toolbars are the “Standard” and “Formatting” toolbars. If you want these toolbars to appear at the top of the document, click the “Dock” option for each one.
