Follow these simple steps to create a window treatment from a fabric shower curtain. Step 1 Fold the existing shower curtain once vertically and cut in half along the fold. Step 2 Hem the raw (cut) edges. Step 3 Install curtain rod, place hooks on reconfigured curtains and hang on window.
